Our Property team is led by Alan Brown, who brings over 40 years of experience to the role. Alan advocates a practical, no-nonsense, approach to Conveyancing and has an excellent reputation with his many regular clients and all local firms and estate agents. Assisted by our friendly property team, we make property law straightforward and hassle-free. We’ll explain all the processes clearly and answer any questions you may have.
We are accredited with The Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS). This scheme provides a recognised quality standard for residential conveyancing practices. Achievement of membership establishes a level of credibility for member firms with stakeholders (regulators, lenders, insurers and consumers). We are on the panel of all major mortgage lenders and offer a full service on all property matters.
Costs
Most of our conveyancing work is provided via fixed fee arrangements. We ensure that clients are made aware at the outset of any possible extra charges. This allows you to budget effectively and avoids any unexpected financial shocks.
